Train Spot is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Intentional or negligent damage will be charged, including days when the space cannot be used.
6.Facilities and services
Check-in from 14:00 to 24:00. Guests may be required to present photo identification and payment upon check-in. Check-out until 11:00.
Breakfast, if agreed in advance, from 09:00 to 11:00. Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00. Minors under 18 only accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
7.Prices and smoking policy
Prices may vary depending on dates and stay conditions. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of €500 will be charged at check-out.
8.Data protection
Personal data collected is used for bookings, invoicing, stay management, and legal obligations. Complaints should be addressed to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD). Train Spot ensures secure and transparent processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679).
